We used to make this same beach trip when I was a kid- and one of my very favorite memories is that of coming to Little Corona. It's a tiny beach. One lonely lifeguard tower and a small stretch of sand and a whole lot of rocks. But it's the rocks that make it so amazing and so memorable... they make up some of the most amazing tide pools that I have ever had the pleasure of climbing up/on/over. My boys love the tide pools too... Kate is a fence sitter- but I'm pretty sure after a few more trips- we'll win her over too.
