Cecret Lake

Our summer of hiking continues... This week we went up to Alta again and we hiked up to Cecret Lake (pronounced Secret Lake).  It wasn't a bad hike- not too hard, but more than a walk along the Jordan Parkway.  I had sprained my ankle last week- so it was a little more of a challenge- but I stuck it out- and my family is incredibly patient and sweet to wait for me when I slow them down.  

Cecret Lake was probably one of the more picturesque hikes we've taken.  Here in a couple of weeks it will probably be even prettier- all the wildflowers will be in bloom... We might have to go again!

 Too bad she slept right through the meeting of our new friend... Morty the Moose.  I can't believe this guy.  We were standing in the middle of the trail... and he just kept coming closer and closer!  It was nuts!!!

 It was such a fun morning!
