Ryan was only a little hesitant about going out in the waves with Grandpa. I remember Ty absolutely screaming when we took him out when he was 3. I know that they aren't the same kid- but a lot of their reactions are the same on these kind of things. I expect it. The ocean is BIG. Especially when you are 3. I expected some kind of freak out. But Ryan was so cute to hold Grandpa's hand and walk out into the waves. He looked like such a big boy in his rash guard and board. I have to keep shaking my head at how fast he's growing.
Grandpa got Ryan onto his board and got him ready...
Woohoo! He caught one! You HAVE to zoom in on his face here- it is priceless! His face is full of grit and determination! Or maybe he's thinking how he can get off quick without drowning...
